Mason was awesome. The area that Mason worked in was cleaner when he finished than it was when he started. We had several issues that needed work and he took care of everything. We always use Squam Lakes for our plumbing and heating issues.

The scheduling and communication process is excellent, and Tom and Jack were great on site. They were careful about the finished floors, which was very appreciated. They came into a difficult problem-solving creative scenario and they made it happen. -1 star because 2 of the 5 radiators they installed leaked, and there is no service call number on the weekends. They simply have a voicemail and get back to you during the week. They did get back to me Monday morning and scheduled to come fix the leaks Tuesday.

These guys are awesome. They arrived on time, took pictures of the issues (pipes in crawlspace) showed them to me and explained. Then they fixed the problems and cleaned up. Thank you for doing such a great job!
